Street scale pedal adventure in Freo features film portraiture and projection 

Sarah Nelson’s work captures portraits and places from one of the most iconic locations in WA – Freo. Filmed in Freo’s centre and its suburban precincts, Sarah’s films showcase the people and environments of work, home and play connecting with the community as she goes. In a multidisciplinary and creative way, Sarah Nelson draws on her technical and physical theatre skills to reframe how we picture ourselves while we are out and about.

Join us for a premiere screening on an epic scale as Mobile Moment 6.0 – Walyalup throws its light across the Koort.  Gather round the fire or settle in on the grassy bank to soak up this portrait of Fremantle told through its faces and places mapped across the expanse of St Johns Church.
