The Elders Project
The Elders Project is a storytelling encounter featuring a diverse cast of Fremantle seniors, told through multiple artforms. This intimate and exploratory new work opens up a broad range of perspectives on our shared histories, inviting audiences to experience a big-hearted insight into the world of these surrogate grandparents, deepening our relationship to the past, to truth and to one another. The Elders Project has been created by a team of artists including Nathan Beard and Nalda Searles, in collaboration with a cast of elders whose wisdom, wit and honesty remind us that every life is extraordinary.
Visit the exhibition during the week and stay tuned to www.artonthemove.art and www.thekabukidrop.com.au for performance times.
The Elders Project is presented by ART ON THE MOVE and The Kabuki Drop.
